AMY CAMBER
ILLUSTRATION / COMICS / GRAPHIC NOVELS
I make art about everything from parenting and politics, to periodontal disease and professional sports. My work has been published by The Nib, Huff Post, The Believer, PEN America, Seattle Weekly, The Establishment, and Bust among others.
My picture books focus on the world I want to see, one that prioritizes relationships, healing, and care.
In addition to making art and raising two wild children, I teach art and media literacy to K-12 students. I’m passionate about making education a more compassionate, equitable, and creative experience for all students and their families.
I live in Seattle with my family, an ancient cat, and a terrible (but adorable) giant dog.
